I offer personal one-on-one training for each of my clients, as we go in depth in every aspect of fitness and wellness.

We also offer amazing laser skin care, Botox and cosmetic fillers, personal training and diet clinics in the Bristol, TN location every Thursday from 5PM-9PM and in Richlands, VA the first Wednesday of each month from 5 PM- 8 PM. Caressa Cameron, Miss Virginia America 2009 competed in Las Vegas January 30th for Miss America 2010 at the beautiful Planet Hollywood Casino and Resort and won the Swimsuit finals and the crown! Doug and I were there to cheer her on! I was honored to have Caressa choose me for training....AND she was gracious enough to appear on my Fit and Fab Friday Daytime Tri-Cities WJHL-TV CBS morning show! Kristen Rose from Bristol, TN was crowned Miss Tennessee Teen USA on Saturday October 3rd, 2009. Kristen has done an absolutely awesome job and we are so honored to have her as a client. From this photo taken at the competition you can see she really is FIT AND FAB! Way to go Kristen!!
